AMAB is partnering with Carrefour France on a large, national display campaign for Lego.
In order to get 1175 displays on the market with a lead time of 2.5 weeks, the Zaventem and Asse sites joined forces, not only in the area of storage, but also when it came to processing space and handling. Once again, this proves that scale is an important factor when convincing the largest retailers.
AMAB handles the storage, construction and assembly of the displays. And then we fill them and get them ready for shipment.
Below you see several step-by-step photos of the complete production process.
1/ Quantitative and qualitative acceptance tests of the various display elements.
2/ Thanks to our automated hot-melt systems, all the display elements from the customer can be delivered flat; we then take care of cutting them out and putting together the display mantel.
3/ We handle full-pallet, half-pallet and quarter-pallet displays on DOLLY as well as on CHEP/LPR/VERDECO. In fact, AMAB secures the display with hot-melt adhesive, since staples are no longer standard practice.
4/ Ergonomic construction of the various elements using adapted work tables and scissor lifts.
5/ Complete construction of complex display elements.
6/ Even when filling the display, we safeguard the ergonomics. Products pass along automated filling lines. Our employees have ergonomic chairs for filling the lowest layers of the displays.
7/ AMAB ensures that when the displays are given to the transporter, they are correctly strapped, wrapped in film and secured to the pallet. With AMAB, your load is sure to be transport-ready.
8/ Pick-ups are made ready for you at our loading docks either in large batches or on-demand.
